CheckLu may show third-party ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and device information used to deliver and measure ads. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. Our API is served from api.checklu.com.
We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. To request account and data deletion, see Account deletion or email syaifuddin.khalid@gmail.com. Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained.
You can request deletion of your CheckLu account and associated personal data at any time.

We will process your request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active CheckLu Pro subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent (location, notifications, tracking) via device settings. Email syaifuddin.khalid@gmail.com to exercise your rights, or follow the steps in Account deletion.
We use reasonable measures to protect information (e.g. HTTPS, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
CheckLu is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate.
The App may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
